📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in designing and implementing organizational structures and processes
• Support the development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives
• Conduct research and analysis to inform organizational development strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Assist in the development and maintenance of organizational systems and tools
• Participate in internal projects and initiatives
• Contribute to the creation of training and development programs
• Assist in the implementation of change management strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in IT, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of organizational theory and practices
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and tools, such as ERP, CRM, and project management software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and practices
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian
