📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Lead and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Mentor and develop the skills of engineering and technical staff.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored engineering solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our engineering services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO, OSHA, and local laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Certifications in relevant engineering disciplines, such as Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
