Compliance Specialist - Personal Data Protection & Risk Management

In this dynamic position, you will monitor compliance risks, enforce internal policies, and drive the implementation of compliance programs. Based in Jakarta Selatan, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Sompo Insurance Indonesia meets all regulatory standards and internal policies.

As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing compliance risks, conducting audits, and ensuring that all activities within the organization comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will also work on developing and implementing compliance programs, training employees, and providing guidance on compliance-related matters.

• Monitor and assess compliance risks across the organization.
• Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies.
• Train employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance-related matters.
• Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to address compliance issues.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as PDP (Personal Data Protection) Law.
• Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, including PDP Law.
• Certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., CPA, CRM, or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with compliance management systems (e.g., SAP GRC, Workday, or similar).
