Cost Control / Quantity Surveyor

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitoring and analyzing project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
• Preparing accurate and detailed project budgets and forecasts.
• Providing regular cost reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Identifying and recommending cost-saving measures to improve project profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant cost control procedures and regulations.
• Working with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost information is available.
• Using industry-standard software such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD to manage and analyze project data.
• Providing cost control advice and support to project managers and engineers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control and quantity surveying in the construction industry.
• Proven experience using industry-standard software such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of cost control principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) certification is a plus.
