📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily inbound warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods.
Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
Implement and optimize inventory processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) like SAP and JDA.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
Maintain accurate records of all inbound transactions and generate reports as required.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
Proven experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or JDA.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and control processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.
