📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Mandarin to students at the HSK 3/4 level, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and student needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Utilize educational software and tools such as iTalki, TALK TO ME IN CHINESE, and other language learning platforms.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and educational staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best teaching practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring a safe and comfortable learning space for students.
• Promote cultural understanding and appreciation through language instruction and extracurricular activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• HSK 3/4 certification or equivalent proficiency in Mandarin.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Mandarin language program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and colleagues.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as iTalki, TALK TO ME IN CHINESE, and other language learning platforms.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic educational environment.
• Passionate about teaching and committed to fostering a love for the language and culture.
• Valid teaching license or certification as required by Indonesian educational standards.
