🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fintech, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in fintech tools and software, such as Finacle, Core Banking, and other relevant systems.
• Certifications in fintech, such as Certified Fintech Professional (CFP) or Certified Financial Technology Specialist (CFTS).
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
