📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data and market trends using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Assist in developing and maintaining merchandise plans, including seasonal and promotional strategies.
• Conduct store visits to gather firsthand data on product performance and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
• Support the merchandising team in forecasting and inventory management.
• Assist in creating visual merchandising concepts and layouts for our stores.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to both short-term and long-term merchandising goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with retail merchandising software such as SAP or JDA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
