📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to support VDL ETG's business objectives.
• Lead and manage a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Optimize inventory management, procurement, and logistics to ensure cost efficiency and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to drive collaboration and mutual growth.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to enhance supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and safety protocols.
• Represent VDL ETG at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices with peers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a track record of leading complex supply chain operations.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and cost reduction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certifications such as APICS-CSCP, CSCP-ILM, or equivalent are a plus.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
