📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for projects
- Analyze and report on project progress and performance
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible and implementable
- Use JIRA and Confluence to manage and track project requirements
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of business process management and software development
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
