As a CRM/HR intern, you'll dive into the daily operations of our team, learning how to use industry-standard tools like Salesforce and Workday. You'll assist in managing customer data, analyzing customer interactions, and ensuring our HR processes are efficient and compliant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing customer data and interactions using Salesforce, including data entry, updates, and basic reporting.
• Support HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance using Workday.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and insights from customer and employee data.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement CRM and HR strategies.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of CRM and HR best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and projects to gain exposure to various aspects of our business.
• Assist in organizing and participating in HR and CRM-related events and activities.
• Provide support to the HR and CRM teams as needed, including administrative tasks and research.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and HR software, such as Salesforce and Workday, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets, is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about learning and developing skills in CRM and HR.
