📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement ESG strategies that align with LX International's business objectives.
• Lead sustainability audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations.
• Engage with stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and customers, to promote a culture of sustainability.
• Stay updated on ESG trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement in sustainability initiatives.
• Partner with senior management to ensure that ESG considerations are integrated into strategic decision-making.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on sustainability best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ESG and sustainability, with a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using ESG management software such as Sustainalytics, ISS ESG, or similar tools.
• Certifications in ESG, sustainability, or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
