📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Leverage recruitment technologies and tools to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
