Urban Royal Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Kudus, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage inventory levels, including stock-taking, ordering, and reordering.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Promote sales and special offers to drive revenue growth.,Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the store.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in retail or customer service are a plus.
