Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bali. As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 and Level 3 IT support to our clients and internal teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 IT support to clients and internal teams.,Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.,Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge bases.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operation of IT services.,Provide training and support to junior IT staff.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.,Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.,Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
