📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of a specific section within the company.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the agricultural sector.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali.
