📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet at all times.
  • Participate in company events and initiatives to support overall business goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian with good English skills.
