📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design programs to address them.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's overall strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather feedback on training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques.
