📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of shop assistants to maintain high standards of customer service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Manage inventory levels and order restocking to prevent stockouts.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet targets.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Proven experience in managing and training staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
