📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, drawings, and other documentation to support project decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other professional networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
