In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and contributing to the development of our recruitment strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.,Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing recruitment events and managing candidate communications.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Support the onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the development of recruitment metrics and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
