📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, stock management, and order processing.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and meets all health and safety standards.,Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and displays to attract customers.,Participate in store events and activities to enhance the shopping experience for customers.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and other administrative tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment is required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.,Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
