📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Administer and maintain employee records and files.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll.,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
