Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the club's budget, including revenue and expenses, to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Represent the club at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate the club's offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or nightlife industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-profile venues and large teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in marketing and event planning is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
