📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.
