📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local retail market trends and customer preferences.
