📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and tracking.,Work with the Fleet Manager to develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure that all vehicles are properly serviced.,Supervise and train drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that vehicles are available when needed.,Generate reports on fleet performance and maintenance, and present them to the Fleet Manager.,Ensure that all fleet-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
