📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.,Maintain accurate records of operations and staff performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.,Understanding of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
