📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and enroll students in Sampoerna Schools System.,Conduct market research to identify potential student markets and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, parents, and educational institutions to generate leads.,Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.,Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media content.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.,Attend and participate in educational fairs, exhibitions, and other recruitment events.,Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment, education consulting, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid SIM (Student Identity Card) and active teaching license.
