Camp Den Unggul is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Medical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Deli Serdang region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product growth.,Provide medical and scientific support to healthcare professionals to enhance product knowledge and usage.,Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions to network and stay updated on industry trends.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a sales or medical representative role.,Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and their medical applications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
