📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
