📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with national and international standards.,Conduct regular safety and environmental audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.,Provide training and education to employees on SHE best practices and procedures.,Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics and KPIs.,Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SHE considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SHE.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SHE management in a similar role.,Certification in SHE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Malaysian safety and environmental regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
