📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure that all products are manufactured according to specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure that all products meet quality standards.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and motivate the production team to achieve production targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Prepare and submit regular production reports to management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
